From Protein Balls to Cookie Dreams
Our story began in 2019 with a simple mission: create healthier treats that people actually want to eat. I was a personal trainer at the time and started by crafting protein balls for my clients' meal prep. This soon evolved into a clean cookie dough – delicious, but not quite the protein powerhouse we'd become.
The Protein Cookie Epiphany
2021 marked a turning point. Noticing a gap in the market – plenty of protein bars, but a distinct lack of protein cookies – I saw an opportunity. The kitchen became a lab, and the quest for the perfect protein cookie began.
The goal was ambitious: create a protein cookie that tasted like a real treat, not a compromised health food. Traditional ingredients were swapped for healthier alternatives – almond flour for white flour, coconut sugar for white sugar. The result? A soft, chewy protein cookie that doesn't taste like it's trying too hard to be healthy.
