These Terms govern goodwordfoods.com and purchases from GOOD GOOD Food Co LLC d/b/a GOOD WORD.

Products

Good Word works to present prices, ingredients, nutrition, images, and availability accurately. Packaging and formulations may change. Customers should review packaging before consumption, especially for allergies. Website information is not medical advice.

Orders and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown. Taxes and shipping are disclosed at checkout. Good Word may decline or cancel orders for availability, suspected fraud, or listing errors and will provide an appropriate refund after cancellation of a paid order.

Shipping and refunds

Delivery dates are estimates. The Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

Subscriptions

The price, frequency, discount, shipping, and renewal terms displayed during enrollment form part of a subscription purchase. Customers authorize recurring charges until cancellation and can manage subscriptions through the customer portal, subject to processed orders.

Use and ownership

Customers may not misuse the site, interfere with operation, submit fraudulent orders, or violate rights. Website content is owned by or licensed to Good Word.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.
