Wholesale FAQ's
It’s super easy! Just fill out our wholesale application form (if you haven’t already), and once we’ve reviewed and approved it, you’re good to go! We do ask that you agree not to resell our products through online platforms or third-party vendors and provide a valid business tax ID as part of the process.
We keep things simple: our minimum order is just 3 cases, and each case has 12 units. That’s only 36 delicious cookies to get started!
Since we deal with food, we can’t take returns (nobody wants a box of cookies that’s been around the block, right?). But your happiness is super important to us! If something’s not right, email us at shirley@goodwordfoods.com, and we’ll make sure to sort it out.
We keep it straightforward—payment is due when you place your order. No complicated terms here, just quick and easy!
All our orders ship straight from our cozy HQ in Austin, TX. We take extra care to pack everything up so your cookies arrive in perfect shape, ready to make your customers’ day!

Each display case measures 4 x 5 x 9 inches, making it compact yet perfect for showing off the goods.
Our protein cookies have a shelf life of 8 months from production. Plus, we’ll never send you anything with less than 3 months remaining—freshness is key!
