Subscription Terms

Effective date: August 27, 2026

At enrollment, Good Word displays the subscribed products, price, delivery frequency, discount, and applicable shipping. By completing checkout with a subscription selected, the customer authorizes recurring charges until cancellation.

Manage or cancel

Customers may skip, pause, modify, or cancel through the subscription portal or request help at shirley@goodwordfoods.com. Changes must occur before the next order processes. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel an already processed order.

Changes and availability

Price, discount, tax, shipping, and availability may change where permitted by law, with notice when required. If an item is unavailable, Good Word may delay or skip it, contact the customer, or cancel and refund the affected item.
